I am absolutely thrilled to introduce you to an extraordinary force within our community, Kimberly Sayers, also known as the Iron Queen! As many of you know, I, Sarah Olivia Lawrence, have been passionately operating this platform, empowering women through spiritual channels like tarot and oracle cards. But being a Queen means sharing the spotlight and allowing others to join our royal table, and that’s exactly what we’re doing today!

Kimberly is not just a collaborator; she is family. Together, we recently hosted our first Queen Circle retreat in the stunning Palm Springs, California, and the experience was nothing short of magical.

A Journey of Empowerment and Resilience

Kimberly’s story is one of triumph and determination. Growing up in a single-parent home, her mother’s relentless work ethic inspired her to achieve excellence in academics and athletics. Graduating high school with an A GPA and earning a Master’s degree from Temple University, Kimberly’s journey has been marked by hard work and perseverance.

Her fitness journey began in 2012, and it has transformed her life in ways she never imagined. But it hasn’t always been easy. In 2017, Kimberly faced the heart-wrenching loss of her mother to stage 4 pancreatic cancer. This pivotal moment ignited her passion for health and wellness, leading her to shift her focus from nursing to empowering others through personal training and nutritional guidance.

She advocates for sustainable lifestyle changes that nourish not just the body, but also the mind and spirit. Her thriving studio in New Jersey serves as a sanctuary for individuals seeking to explore their potential, while her online platform ensures that everyone has access to the resources they need to thrive.
